Mr Khesi Moses Diale – Director (Black)

Khesi, a qualified attorney, obtained a B. Proc degree and LLB from the University of the North (now University of Limpopo). He continued to establish the firm after being admitted as an attorney in 1996. Khesi is a member of the Black Lawyers Association and is actively known for challenging issues of concern within this organisation. He previously served as a chairperson of the Legal Aid Committee in the East Rand (Ekurhuleni) overseeing seven metros. He is a member of the SADC Lawyers Association and a member CLA (Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He is served as a council member of Gauteng Law Council and also a member in the Legal Practice Bill Committee of The Law Society of South Africa. He is currently a council member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.

Khesi specialises in personal injury law, commercial law and litigation.

Mr Valentine Setlamorago Ntoampe – Director (Black)

Velly, a qualified attorney, obtained a B. Proc degree at the University of the North. After being admitted as an attorney in 1998 Mr Ntoampe was employed at Diale – Talane Attorneys. Velly specialises in Commercial law, Corporate Law, personal Injury claims, labour law and litigation.

Mr Percy Mabatana Phasha (Black)

Mr Phasha, a professional assistance at Diale Attorney, obtained his B. Proc, LLB degrees at University of Limpopo (formerly University of the North) in 1996.

He joined Diale Attorneys in September 2012 and specialises in Labour Law, Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Personal Injury and Corporate Law.

 

Mr Moeketsi John Mojelele (Black)

Mr Mojelele, obtained his B. Proc degree from the University of the North (now University of Limpopo). Upon completing his studies Mr Mojelele joined the Master of the High Court offices in Pretoria where he gained extensive experience in such major fields of legal practice as, inter alia, administration of estates, trusts and other related matters.Mr Mojelele then joined Jadula Attorneys in Brakpan where he served his article of clerkship until completion whereupon he established Mojelele and Associates.

Mr Mojelele specialises in Administration of estates, Entertainment law, litigation, Personal injury claims and Commercial law.

 

Mr Ivan Edward Jacobs (Black)

Mr Jacobs, the associate of the firm, obtained the B. Proc degree from Vista University (currently known as University of Johannesburg) in 1995 and LLB degree in 1997 from the University of Witwatersrand. In July 1998 he joined Deneys Reitz Incorporated as an article clerk. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1999. He gained his legal expertise at a number of institutions including the Human Rights Commission, Mokoena Incorporated, Legal Aid Board, and Mohlala Incorporated Associates.

Mr Jacobs specialises in commercial law, litigation and corporate law. He has the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa in terms of Section 4(3) of the Right of Appearance in Court Act No. 62 of 1995.

 

 

Ms Smother Mkhonto (Black Woman)

Ms Mkhonto, a professional assistance at Diale Attorneys, obtained her LLB Degree in 2005 at Wits University. She then attended the School for Legal Practice and served her articles of clerkship at Matela sibanyoni & Associates in February 2011. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in August 2014. She gained her legal expertise in a number of institutions including Wits University, Gcwensa Attorneys, Matojane Malungana Attorneys, Matela Sibanyoni & Associates and Duduzile Hlebela Attorneys.

She joined Diale Attorneys in September 2015 and specialises in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Insurance Law, Property Law, Magistrate and High Court Litigation.
